HELLO! (I hope you just started singing Adele because I did and now it’s in your head… You’re welcome!) The college life is busy as always and I’m loving every minute of it! As much as I am adoring my time at Muhlenberg, it’s always such a pleasure to go home and see my family, especially for my favorite holiday– THANKSGIVING!!

I just wanted to share some belated Thanksgiving pictures with you because how could I not?! We had all the classics this year plus a few exciting additions!

Here’s some turkey love…

Delicious veggie stuffing!

Roasted garlic slow-cooker mashed potatoes:

Cranberry sauce:

This dish was a new favorite!! Oven roasted brussels sprouts with butternut squash, cranberries, and a tangy dijon vinaigrette!

Rosemary roasted rainbow carrots:

And now, for dessert!

Lemon pie, peanut and cashew brittle, and fruit salad:

Apple cake, chocolate brownie pecan pie and pumpkin pie:

Dark chocolate cake with coffee buttercream, chocolate ganache, and heath bar crumble to celebrate my grandpa and my birthday:

I hope you all had a fabulously foodie Thanksgiving!

Enjoy! :) Love, The Perky Foodie
